Quality Inn & Suites Lexington South

Having booked in advance, we experienced a swift and hassle-free check-in. The hotel's location offers easy access to the mall and a diverse range of shops and restaurants. Moreover, being situated on a dead-end street reduces exposure to traffic and noise. For brief stays of 1-2 nights, especially for those traveling with small pets, this hotel is a viable option. Our room was clean and well-maintained, featuring a microwave and mini-fridge. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The air-conditioning unit was not working properly as it cut off too often. We kept having to cut the temperature down many times to stay cool. The room became too stuffy at night and we lowered the temp again so we could sleep better. Although the hotel's only elevator is compact and may cause minor delays when in high demand, this is a relatively minor inconvenience. The hotel also provides convenient services, including an ATM in the lobby and a laundry facility for guests. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory, offering a variety of fresh hot and cold foods, coffee, and juices. The staff was courteous and efficient. It's a very quiet and quaint hotel that we enjoyed during our travel other than the air-conditioning issue.

For me it was almost a 5 star, clean, comfortable, the basics till the next morning, the complimentary breakfast is just cereal or toast, that’s it, I believe there’s coffee as well but didn’t bother to check.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms aren't the fanciest around but it's definitely worth the price. The rooms are clean and bug free. Come with microwave, mini fridge and all the lamps have usb ports to make charging your devices easy to access. The tv remote didn't work when we tried it and called the front desk about it and in under 10 minutes they had a staff member at our room who promptly fixed the problem and he's was friendly to deal with and all about making your stay a positive one. The room smell lightly of cigarettes but they specify no smoking and said the previous guess had violated the policy and were very apologetic and offered a different room if we wanted.

We travel there once a month to see my husband's mother who is in her 90's. Very nice staff and clean rooms. We always travel with our two Shih Tzu's. On Christmas Eve, we went to visit my husband's mother and we got a call from front desk that someone complained about our dogs. We NEVER had a problem and ALWAYS stay at Quality Inn. My husband had to drop me back off on Christmas Eve to sit with the dogs while he returned to visit his Mom. It was frustrating. Our one dog passed away and we got another one so our dog was not alone. It was our dogs first time traveling. I guess she was scared. We consider our dogs as family. I have nothing bad to say about the Quality Inn and Suites. Great place to stay. Just frustrated with people that complain about our Shih Tzu's. This hotel should invest into a doggie daycare for only a 2 hour minimum. My hands are tied not knowing what to do when we travel. Might have to invest in a camper so our dogs can always come with us.

I had a very nice stay here. I checked in late night and the young lady at the counter was extremely helpful and just so nice. I had some really great conversations with her in the morning. Also, if she reads the review, I hope she can provide her name again. The room was very nice and clean. It could use better lighting. They have a lamp which is OK just not great if you’d like to read or need better lighting, plain and simple. This was a well stocked room, plenty of towels, toilet paper, toiletries, etc. coffee and decaf. I don’t wanna be too critical but it’s just things that I Notice it could use a little touchup with some fresh caulk around the shower area and the moldings, but the shower itself was exhilarating. The water pressure was great and also instantly hot as as well as the hand sink. This is a nice quiet place just off the interstate plenty of restaurants around and things to do breakfast was decent. It could use a few more options orange juice would be nice. It’s a tough call because I am vegan. There’s not much for me to eat, but there are a lot of options now as far as yogurt and other items that taste just as good maybe some granola bars or granola would be a good fit. Everybody loves granola pretty much I thinkgood seating area. I like the fact that they have decaf coffee on tap. I don’t really drink coffee but every now and then I get a hankering for the flavor along with non-dairy creamer.

The breakfast could have more options but other than that my stay was great!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The best part is this hotel is doggy friendly. Our room was clean and smoke free. They have breakfast in morning. The hotel smelled good, no wet dog smells or any other kind. The laundry room is on main floor. I will come back here again.
